Welcome to the Media Center
The High School Media Center is open every day from 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. If you need to use the computer lab or media center earlier or later in the day, please let Mrs. Sesko know.
Please make sure you ask for help if you have questions. Many times I might be able offer suggestions or answer questions quicker if you are unsure of what to do. My job is to help students and teachers, so please don't hesitate to ask.
All library books are checked out for two weeks. Please do not remove books from the media center without checking them out. When books are not checked out, the database shows those books are still available. This causes problems when books are requested from other libraries or students.
You may renew as many times as needed to finish reading your book. Please remember to check the due date in your book. Also, make sure you take care of your library books. Please avoid throwing library books in the bottom of your locker. This is the most common way books are damaged. If you return a book that is damaged, you will be assessed a fee. If you check out a book through interlibrary library loan (borrowing from another library), you may only keep your book for a two week period and then renew one time for a total of four weeks. It is important that we follow this rule so other libraries will continue to lend us their books.
Please remember to check your books out of the library, return all books on time and take care of your library books so others can enjoy them for years to come.
